Hopefully the answer is YOU! Its that time of the season to pull out your cut-off shorts and show off your sexy legs. This spring and summer, prepare to see lots of tattered, ripped, and shamelessly short shorts everywhere. Personally I love this trend… as soon as the weather allows, I will be sporting mine! The beauty of this trend is that there are so many wonderful ways to wear the look. You can dress it up or down, wear them with heels or flats… just please ladies have some class and cover that ass!

i see how the celebs pull off cut-off shorts with heels, but i feel like if i did that, it would look like i was trying too hard – how do i pull that look off?
